									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It is wild to me that this is just now in the state legislature. I would think that there should be federal action on neural data. This leads me to a much larger question. Will U.S. laws and regulations ever be ahead or on par with tech and industry? Kinda a which comes first scenario I guess, the chicken or the egg.</p>

Keeping a social or collaborative aspect is crucial so students can provide peer evaluations or feedback on personal projects. I think this would be an intersting approach.</p>
