E-Learning Strategy in 5 Steps

Writing in Big Think, Joanne Willard identifies five steps to an effective e-learning strategy for L&D organizations. She recommends that organizations: 1) keep content short and simple, 2) increase opportunities for learners to interact, 3) make the content available on any device learners might prefer, 4) keep the learner experience simple and unambiguous, and 5) make use of analytics systematically to assess learner engagement.
