Grilled Swordfish
Ingredients
4 Swordfish Steaks (about 1 inch thick)
Marinade
6 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Low Salt Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
4 Rosemary Sprigs (or 1 tsp. dried)
2 Cloves Garlic Finely Chopped
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Ground Oregano
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
¼ tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Directions
Combine marinade ingredients and place in glass baking dish.
Place swordfish steaks into the marinade and refrigerate for 1 hour, turning halfway through.
Preheat outdoor grill to high heat and lightly oil the grate.
Grill swordfish steaks for 5 to 6 minutes on each side.
