Innovative Learning Environments and Teacher Change

The latest report on the proceedings of the Innovative Learning Environments and Teacher Change Project are now available. The ILETC project is a multi-year effort, based at the University of Melbourne, that involved researchers, educators, architects, and designers from Australia, New Zealand, North America, and Europe along with a number of corporate partners.

The project surveyed innovations in the design and development of classroom and school learning environments and considered various approaches to helping teachers prepare to make the best use of such environments.

The proceedings from conferences sponsored by the project highlight specific cases, approaches to creating innovative environments, and research designed to advance our understanding of how educators can make better use of learning settings to support student learning.
