Baked Chicken Wings

Baked Chicken Wings

Ingredients

Wings
24 Chicken Wings
2 tbsp Aluminum Free Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Buffalo Sauce
¼ cup Hot Sauce
1 ½ cups Light Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Water

Directions

Wings

Preheat oven to 425 Degrees

Use middle oven rack.

Line a baking sheet and place a wire rack sprayed with non-stick spray on top.

Wash wings and use papers towels to dray them completely.

Combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and baking powder in a bowl and toss the wings in the bowl to evenly coat them.

Place wings, skin side up, in a single layer on the wire rack.

Bake, turning every 20 minutes until the wings are crispy and browned. Turning once or twice should work.

Remove wings from oven and let them stand for 5 minutes.

Toss wings in bowl with sauce.

Sauce

Heat together hot sauce, light brown sugar, and water. Mix well until sugar is fully dissolved.

Remove from heat and allow to cool before adding wings.
