As we explore what it might mean to have a learning environment more like the one described by Kett that relied on student exhibitions, we need to have more options for ways of creating such demonstrations of learning. Carl Hooker provides a thoughtful list of 18 options for showing learning. The list includes multiple genres for presentation including text, image, animation, three-dimensional, and interactive options. Hooker offers these as alternatives to Google slides for k-12 students, but they are just as useful as alternatives to Power Point for learners of all ages.
