Easy as (Pumpkin) Pie


1 Frozen Unbaked Pie Shell
15 oz Canned Pumpkin
14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 Eggs
1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
Whipped Cream Topping


Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Place pie crust on a large foil-lined baking sheet.

Mix together pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and pumpkin pie spice in a large bowl until smooth.

Pour mixture into pie crust.

Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees.

Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake 40 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from pie crust comes out clean.

Serve with whipped cream topping.
