Quiche Lorraine with Swiss cheese

Ingredients

1 ½ cups Grated Imported Swiss cheese
8 Slices of Crisp Bacon, Crumbled
1 9 Inch Pie Crust
3 Eggs
1 cup Heavy Cream
½ cup Milk
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper
1 dash Cayenne Pepper
½ tsp Powdered Mustard

Directions

Sprinkle cheese and bacon into pastry shell.

Beat remaining ingredients together and pour over cheese.

Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until firm and browned.

Cut into wedges and serve hot.
